Say no to bulk packs
Sometimes the saving fox in each of us will come out. Large containers can really be cheaper in supermarkets, but if we can't eat it all, some of the large savings containers end up in the trash.
This is wasteful. Either you think about who you could share it with or you leave it to households with much more hungry mouths.
Avoid buying in large containers if you are a small household. So don't chase bargains, but really only buy the quantities you need.
