We know that online shopping is not the most sustainable way to consume. But sometimes there is no other way because there may not be local suppliers from whom you can buy sustainable products.

Your purchase will be shipped with as little packaging as possible and necessary. It is very important to us that the outer packaging is environmentally friendly. Occasionally we may even use the same packaging several times. Because no box should only have to go on a journey once.

As soon as an order is placed, it is confirmed with an order notification by e-mail. This includes a tracking link.

Please use this to track your order to ensure that it arrives safely. It is possible that this e-mail ends up in your SPAM. Please check your SPAM folder as well.

Delivery time

As long as we don't leave a message on the start page, you can order online at any time 24/7. All orders will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible. Usually within 7 working days.

It can also be that we make a product first. In this case we will give extra delivery times for the product.

We ship free of charge from an order value of 50,00 €.

European mainland:

9 Euro with DHL (2- 10 working days) incl. Tracking

The shipping costs are added to the shopping cart.

Deliveries outside the above mentioned regions must be charged extra.

Pick up

If you live in Hamburg, or you are visiting us here, you also have the possibility to pick up our products directly from our Concept Store. This saves you postage costs and us packaging. Just write us a message via the contact after your order.


Returns are a great effort for you and for us. In addition, returning goods causes CO2 and pollutants that are harmful to our environment.

So if you are unsure whether the product is the right one for you before you order, please ask us questions.

Hygiene products can only be exchanged if they are in their original condition (original packaging, partly unopened, unwashed and unused) and are returned within 14 days.

Please also make sure that you have a tracking number. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the arrival of the return shipment.

As a rule, the costs for returns will not be refunded. If the product is faulty, we will of course cover the costs.

Don't whitewash the shipping but neutralize it

Granted, online shipping is really not environmentally conscious. Compared to fast fashion and instant shopping, shopping for sustainable products that last a long time is better per se. But the CO2 emissions when transporting from A to B are the same. We want to preserve our natural CO2 reservoirs and thus somehow keep shipping climate-neutral. Therefore we encourage you to order more products at once. Furthermore, a part of the shipping costs goes to projects that preserve and reforest forests.

Every quarter we will choose a project that is close to our hearts and report at the end of the quarter how much has been donated.
