Prices, shipping costs, return costs

All prices are final prices and include the legal value added tax. Pickup

If you live in Hamburg, or you are visiting us here, you have the possibility to buy our products directly from us at the Concept Store. This saves you postage costs and us packaging. Just write us a message about the Contact after your order.

Returns

Returns are a big effort for you and for us. In addition, CO2 and harmful substances are released for each return shipment. Those are harmful to our environment.

So if you are unsure before you order, whether the product is exactly the right thing for you, you better ask us questions.

Hygiene products can only be returned, if they are in their original condition (original packaging, partly unopened, unwashed and unused) within of 14 days.

Please contact us before an return. To process the return as soon as possible we will send you a printable return form that we ask you to fill out.

Please also make sure that you have a tracking number. Otherwise we can not guarantee for the arrival of the return shipment.

As a rule, the costs for returns are not reimbursed. In case of a defective product, we will of course bear the costs.

Do not gloss over shipping but neutralize it

Admittedly, online shipping is really not environmentally conscious. Compared to fast fashion and instant shopping it is buying sustainable products that last for a very long time is better per se. But the CO2 emissions during transport from A to B is the same. We want to preserve our natural CO2 reservoirs and thus somehow climate neutral. Therefore we encourage you to order more products at once. Furthermore part of the shipping costs goes to projects that preserve and reforest forests.

We are choosing for you every quarter a project that is close to our hearts and report at the end of the quarter how much has been donated.
